Events and deals in the Vail Valley are scattered everywhere: Eagle County classifieds, a dozen Facebook groups, every town website listing a different slice of the week, and specials posted to Instagram stories that vanish in a day. Locals miss things, and visitors don’t know where to start. Vail Valley Pulse puts the whole valley in one place.
What’s in the app
- Tonight, at a glance. Open the app and see what’s on right now, with the date, time, venue, and what it costs on every listing.
- One calendar for seven towns. Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, Edwards, Minturn, Eagle, and Gypsum on a shared calendar, color-coded by town so you can see where the action is.
- Prices up front. Free, a cover at the door, a ticket price, or a deal — you know before you tap.
- Filters that find your three. A busy Friday can have fifty things going on; filters narrow it to music, family, outdoors, nightlife, or free.
- Deals happening now. Happy hours and specials, with how long they run.
- Follow what you love. Follow venues, artists, and event types and get a push notification when they post.

How we built it
Pulse is ours end to end, the same way AgentVue and RentalVue are: a native app for iPhone and Android, a desktop web version, a web business portal, a real-time backend with access rules so each business can only touch its own listings, and push notifications that reach followers the moment something is posted. Designed, built, and maintained in Vail — not subcontracted.
