Most landlords with a few doors run everything on three spreadsheets, a folder of receipts, and a text thread with every tenant. Property management software is built for companies with hundreds of units and priced per door. RentalVue is the record of what happened, kept somewhere you can actually find it.
What’s in the app
- Rent roll. What was charged, what was collected, and what is still outstanding, month by month. Record a payment in two taps and the balance updates everywhere.
- Properties and units. Every building and every unit, occupancy at a glance, and the market rent you could be asking.
- Leases. Start and end dates, deposits, rent due day, and a dashboard that shows which leases end in the next ninety days — before your tenant does.
- Maintenance. Requests with priority and status, the vendor you assigned, what it cost, and photos. Nothing lost in a text thread.
- Expenses. Log a cost against a property or a unit, photograph the receipt, and have the numbers ready at tax time.
- Vacancy listings. Publish a vacant unit to your own public listings page and take enquiries straight into the app.
- A tenant portal. Invite a tenant by email and they get their lease and balance, what they have paid, and a form to report a problem with a photo — their own place and nothing else.
- Built for your phone. Face ID sign-in, push notifications for new enquiries and urgent repairs, receipt photos from the camera, on iPhone and iPad in light and dark.

RentalVue doesn’t collect rent, run tenant screening, or file your taxes. It keeps the record straight so everything else is easier.
How we built it
RentalVue is ours end to end, the same way AgentVue and Vail Valley Pulse are: a web app, native iPhone and iPad apps on the App Store, a tenant portal with access rules so each tenant sees only their own lease, push notifications, camera receipt capture, and subscriptions through the App Store. It shares AgentVue’s application core, so the build went into what makes rentals different. Designed, built, and maintained in Vail — not subcontracted.
