How we use SMS and email notifications, and how to opt in or out.
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
For all products or purchases on vaildigital.dev, all clients are required to provide SMS and email information for notification purposes. Each product has a required checkbox which must be read and agreed to in order to proceed with any product purchase on the website.
By providing your phone number and/or email address in any information form on vaildigital.dev, you are expressly consenting to receive SMS (text messages) and email notifications from Vail Digital (Vail Digital Solutions LLC). These communications may include, but are not limited to, order confirmations, product updates, promotional offers, and other marketing messages related to the products and services offered by the Company.
Phone numbers are used to send appointment or event information — confirmation & reminder messages — to customers once they have booked an appointment with us on our website or registered for an event and opted in to receive promotional and notification SMS from us. Numbers are also used to reach business customers who signed up for updates via SMS, and by our support team to reach clients who have opted in to receiving messages.
The frequency of SMS and email notifications will vary depending on your interactions with our site and your use of our services. You may receive multiple messages per week, especially during promotional periods or when there are important updates regarding the products or services you have purchased.
Message and data rates may apply for SMS notifications, depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. By opting in, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any charges associated with the receipt of these messages.
You may opt out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying with the word “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After sending the “STOP” message to us, we will send you a confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you can do so by texting us again or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings.
You may opt out of receiving email notifications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you receive from us. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive marketing or promotional emails, but you may still receive transactional emails related to your purchases or account.
Please note that your consent to receive SMS and email notifications is a condition of your purchase of any products or services from vaildigital.dev. If you choose to opt out of receiving these notifications, we may still send you necessary transactional messages related to your purchase.
We take your privacy seriously. All personal information collected for the purposes of sending SMS and email notifications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share or sell your contact information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms regarding SMS and email notifications at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via SMS, email, or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
If you have any questions about opting in or out of SMS and email notifications, or if you need further assistance, please contact us at [email protected].
