AgentVue is a business tool for real estate agents whose websites we build and manage. It lets agents manage listings, contacts, income, and website analytics. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. It supplements the general Vail Digital Solutions Privacy Policy.
Account & profile information. Name, email address, phone number, brokerage, profile photo, logo, brand color, and website domain — provided by you when your account is created or updated.
Content you add. Property listings (including photos and descriptions), CRM contacts and notes you enter about your clients, pipeline stages, business expenses and commission figures you log, and support requests you submit. This content belongs to you; we store and process it solely to provide the service.
Website analytics. If our tracking snippet is installed on your agent website, we record page views on that site: page path, a random anonymous visitor identifier, referrer category (e.g. Google, Facebook), and timestamp. This measures traffic to your website for your dashboard. It does not use advertising cookies and does not track visitors across other websites or apps.
Billing information. Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your plan and subscription status; your full payment card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
The mobile app does not collect your device location, contacts from your phone's address book, or advertising identifiers, and we do not collect analytics about your usage of the app itself.
We do not sell your information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
We rely on a small set of processors to run AgentVue: Supabase (database, authentication, and hosting of app data), Cloudflare (website and app hosting/delivery), Stripe (payments and billing), Anthropic (AI text generation for listing descriptions you request), and a transactional email provider (service and notification emails). Each receives only what's needed to perform its function.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Account → Delete Account. Deletion signs you out everywhere and disables the account; associated data is then permanently removed, except where we must retain records to fulfill the remaining term of an active service agreement or to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you delete your account by mistake, contact us promptly — accounts may be recoverable for a short period. You may also request deletion or a copy of your data by emailing [email protected].
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers. Access to your data within the app is scoped to your account through row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access and use reputable infrastructure providers.
AgentVue is a professional tool for licensed real estate agents and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
